We have the answer for you--Fitness Assistants. Fitness
Assistants will be available during the posted hours in the
Trotter Fitness Complex to help you with your needs:

Wednesday, Thursday 9-10pm
or by appointment

Workout Plans
Know you want to start a workout program?
Know how to use the machines but need guidance?
At the desk in the Trotter Fitness Complex check out the
already made workout programs. Some are geared towards
building cardio, towards muscle strength, and overall
fitness. Pick your plan.

Intro to Core Strength
Tried doing of sit-ups or crunches? Do you want some ideas
for ways to increase your core strength in the privacy of
your own home?
Coming in the Spring of 2010 Intro to Core Strenght
workshop. In 30 minutes learn a wide variety of exercises
you can do from home to increase your core strength. No
additional equipment needed.

Run For Your Life
January 13th-May 15th
This is a semester long program. The goal is to complete a
number of miles by doing a variety of exercises, including
swimming, biking, walking or running.
Complete your predetermined miles and receive a T-Shirt.
Start keeping track of your miles today in the binder
located at the desk in the Trotter Fitness Complex. |

Every time you workout in the Trotter Fitness Complex make
sure you enter your name into the drawing. Once a month a
student and employee winner will be drawn.
