MONMOUTH, Ill. — Monmouth College English professor Mary Bruce will be the discussion leader for the next Great Decisions program, “South Africa,” on Feb. 21 at 7:30 p.m. in the Tartan Room in the college’s Stockdale Center.

The public is invited to participate in the free series, which is sponsored by the Foreign Policy Association, a non-partisan, non-governmental association that works to increase Americans’ understanding of significant foreign policy issues.
